Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assistance: Deliver exceptional support to Frenchspeaking clients through phone email and chat efficiently addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot client problems providing clear and effective solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Data Entry: Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and an excellent client experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Nativelevel fluency in French with a B2 level or higher in English.
• Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.
• Experience: Previous experience in client support or a related role is a plus but not required.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal (Relocation package available for those moving from abroad).
