Rolling Wireless is an international company with over 20 years of experience in developing cellular modems and software for automotive market. We are worldwide the largest 2nd Tier supplier of cellular modems to the automotive industry.Working at Rolling Wireless is joining a multicultural team at a high-growth organisation. Position / Assignment Purpose As a Contract Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing contractual agreements to support the organization's strategic objectives:Contract validation and negotiationLegal risk managementStaff training on legal aspects systematic contract lifecycle managementEfficient contract drafting and execution Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work Validate/vet contracts, amendments/SOWs and negotiate legal clausesReview the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the managementTrain company staff members on various legal aspectsWork closely with external counsels and consultants on specific tasks (e.g., some company secretarial works as group expanding globally)Develop and maintain a systematic approach to the entire contract lifecycleEnsure contracts are drafted, negotiated, executed, and managed efficientlyIdentify and mitigate potential contract risks. Required Education Master's Degree in Law / Business Law Required Skills and Competencies Good knowledge on EU business, employment and data protection Laws/rules etcExcellent Communication skills / Preparing reports/ presentationsRelevant experience in managing GDPR compliances in a corporate company/ies preferredStrong writing and interpersonal skillsPerfect knowledge of contractual environments Can’t find an offer matching your profile? #J-18808-Ljbffr
