**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Preparation Specialist to join our team at Initiative France for Amazon WFS FR. As an Order Preparation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, receiving, sorting, and storing merchandise, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and store merchandise in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify order accuracy and completeness
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
