Senior Director HR South West Hub (m/f/d*) Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin KleinDesign Your Future at PVHJoin PVH South West Hub (France, Belgium, Spain) in the Paris office as Senior Human Resources Director.You will be a member of the Management Committee and report to the Managing Director. As a Business Partner, you will play a strategic and operational role in implementing the Human Resources policy for Corporate and Retail. You will work closely with the Human Resources department at the European headquarters based in Amsterdam.Your responsibilities will include:HR Strategy EMEA & Hub / HR PLANNINGDefinition of the Hub's HR strategy and policy in line with PVH EMEA's global strategy / Ulrich model.Collaboration with PVH EMEA HQ: coordination of all activities related to group HR projects.HR communication.HR BUSINESS PARTNERINGBe an integral part of the European HR Leadership Team in order to partner in shaping the new HR team for PVH in Europe.Act as a true Business Partner for the Management Committee and Hub teams (Retail, Wholesale, Finance, etc.), on all HR issues.Manage local HR budgets and monitor all hub annual budgets.Manage transformation / lead an acquisition – M&A.Drive change & performance.HUB HR MANAGEMENT & HR COMPLIANCEManagement of the Hub HR team.Compliance:Lead in the execution of HR lifecycle processes.Ensure compliance with legal obligations in France, particularly in terms of payroll, personnel administration and labor legislation.Close collaboration with the C&B Manager HQ global and the Hub payroll manager.Labor relations: Preparation of CSE (France and Belgium) with HQ & Retail Senior HR Managers.Corporate & Retail HR Development: Training plan management, Performance Review...Talent Acquisition / I&D: Working with the Talent Acquisition/I&D team.You may also participate in other cross-functional projects during your career at PVH.ABOUT YOUOpen-minded and enthusiastic by nature, you are able to make decisions quickly and cope with organizational changes and matrix navigation. You are recognized for your natural leadership based on humility and simplicity, and are keen to unite your teams by example. You ideally have at least 10/15 years' similar experience in the fashion/retail world in a cross-channel, multicultural environment. Initial experience of using Workday (or another HR system) is appreciated. Languages used on a daily basis are French and English, both spoken and written.
