• Arrange the delivery and prepare documents for transportation, made a good real-time tracking
• Arrange the importation and export of cargo, make & review documents for the import and export, made a good real-time tracking
• Made importation & export & transportation record, align with the sales dept and warehouse team
• Import / Export / transportation plans optimization and cost control
• Logistics supplier assessment and management
• Logistics payment reconciliation, review and application
• Logistics docs management (importation & export docs, transportation docs, certification docs, insurance docs, invoice etc.)

Requirements

• Have experience in the field of importation and export, heavy machine transportation
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or related field
• Well Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
• Problem solving skill
• Good collaborations and teamwork
• Very good computer literacy skills; MS office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint) and e-mail communication
• Fluent English communication
