Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Huningue, France. As an integral part of the IT team, you will provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage and resolve tickets via the helpdesk system
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient IT service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions
• Assist in IT-related projects and upgrades

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in IT support or a related role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end users
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Industry certifications (eg, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus
