About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Performance Manager to join our team at Amazon France Transport SAS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving programmatic improvements to reduce unsafe driving behaviors and enhance overall safety performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and deliver new initiatives to improve DSP on-road safety performance, with a focus on broad cross-organizational impact.
- Define and document business requirements for program automation and expansion, including functional requirements for technical teams.
- Maintain proactive oversight and partner with Amazon stakeholders to drive continuous improvement relating to DSP driver risk reduction and incident reduction.
- Analyze safety performance metrics and behaviors to draw key business insights, including the design and implementation of new metrics.
- Identify needed areas of performance improvement and prioritize program initiatives in accordance with data/performance signals.
- Clearly communicate with diverse stakeholders to drive buy-in and adoption, including executive presentations.
- Perform initiative/program training activities with internal Amazon stakeholders and DSP representatives.

What You'll Do
You will leverage available data and insights to drive programmatic improvements to reduce unsafe driving behaviors. This will include a deep understanding of available datasets to design and implement new programs and processes to improve safe driving. You will regularly work with a wide variety of partner teams to establish and refine mechanisms that improve DSP on-road safety performance.
Requirements
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to demonstrate high judgment in decisions with broad implications. You will operate with a deep understanding of the available datasets and the ability to design and implement new programs and processes to improve safe driving.
