You will be reporting to our Data Team Lead as your N+1, and to our CPO as your N+2.Responsibilities:Product Performance Analysis:Dive deep into the analysis of user engagement and product features to uncover insights.Collaborate on crafting cutting-edge reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations that vividly depict product impacts, enabling informed and data-driven decisions.Play an active role in curating and refining data sources and models to uphold exceptional data quality.Dive into unique data inquiries, delivering actionable insights that cater to a variety of business needs.Contribute creatively to documenting data models, data flows, and innovative analytics solutions.Fostering a Data-Driven Culture:Actively participate in driving initiatives that champion a data-centric culture within Sport Heroes, inspiring colleagues to harness the power of data in their roles.Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Analyst, Data Engineering or a related field.Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.High proficiency with SQL and some knowledge about Python & data visualization tools is preferred.Curious & Eagerness to learn about data modeling, data structure & data management.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.If, like us, you feel a good connection, you will meet:Team Lead Data - 30 minutes (to validate the practical aspects of the internship + Q&A, soft skills assessment)Team Lead Data - 60 minutes (Q&A on technical cases and hard skills evaluation)Martin, CPO - 30 minutes (discussions about culture, future team projects, and sharing the company's values, you're almost there!) #J-18808-Ljbffr
