Engineering Manager - Booking (x/f/m)

Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams. What you'll do Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Patient Health Platform domain and help us become the #1 digital and secure medical companion for patients. You will be both a technical leader and a people manager, coaching and training your team members while building an amazing engineering organization at Doctolib. In this role, you will: Lead the engineering team responsible for enhancing the booking experience for patients, with over 300 million appointments expected to be booked this year. Empower your team to build better products, playing a pivotal role in the improvement of one of France’s most downloaded apps! Set the roadmap for your team, and be the end-to-end owner of the team’s production, quality, and delivery; Participate in code reviews and be hands-on if required; Lead cross functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team; Partner with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop and retain talent. Who you are You could be our next team mate if you: Have 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team; Are eager to be hands-on with our stack: we use Typescript (React and React Native), Ruby on Rails and Java (and we are happy to help you ramp up); You understand the value of testing your code; Have the ability to adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues; Have proven experiences developing efficient, maintainable and secure products; Are comfortable speaking English in your day by day with the team.
