Osborne Clarke is an international network with over 1600 lawyers across 26 integrated offices in Europe, Asia (including two representative offices), and the United States.The Paris office was established in July 2013 and currently has over 80 lawyers, including 17 partners.The firm covers a wide range of business law specialties: corporate law, labor law, tax law, digital law, intellectual property, distribution law, public law, litigation, real estate law, insolvency and restructuring, health law, and environmental law.Led by four partners, Catherine Olive, Stéphanie Delage, David Haccoun, and Anne-Laure Laroussinie, co-led by three counsels, and composed of about ten associates, our team’s expertise is recognized both nationally and internationally.Our Corporate/M&A TeamOur team has expertise in the following areas:M&A transactions (domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional sales and acquisitions);strategic partnerships and joint ventures;shareholders' agreements;governance issues;intra-group reorganizations;implementation of management packages.Our team serves a highly diverse client base, including large listed and unlisted groups, SMEs, even very small enterprises like start-ups and investors, both French and foreign.MissionsTo strengthen our team, we are looking for an associate with 5 to 7 years of experience.The successful candidate will work on cases involving support and advice to a diverse clientele (listed and unlisted groups, SMEs, even very small enterprises like start-ups and investors), both French and international, on domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional sales and acquisitions (confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and firm offers, due diligence, SPA, signing/closing, etc.), the implementation of joint ventures, and the negotiation of shareholders' agreements.
