Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced lawyer/jurist with a specialization in Information Technologies law & GDPR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in ITC/IP law practice, with a focus on New Technologies and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on various types of files, including data protection, IT-related matters, and contractual affairs.
• Conduct research on complex topics and distill the findings into actionable advice.
• Collaborate with the team to develop the department through visibility actions, such as legal news and conferences.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in Luxembourg and the European Union.

Requirements

• A university degree in Law (Bac + 5).
