Associate Operations Manager

Title: Associate Operations Manager Account: Airbus Req ID: 6340 job purpose The Associate Manager of Operations will provide this top aerospace engineering client with a recruitment solution specialising in early careers recruitment. They willlead a team thatmanages the end to end recruitment cycle for early careers with four direct reports. In addition they will help shape the recruitment strategy for the programme so knowledge of early careers legislation is beneficial but not essential. The role is fast paced and high volume so adaptability is important. The role is hybrid withtwice weekly site visits to the Toulouse site. It is essential for the position to be bilingual with the ability to speak French and English. Provides operational support services and sometimes acts as first-line supervisors of a transactional operations area while using existing systems and protocols. Builds own capabilities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation. Manages relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. Improves personal performance and coaches others when required using performance management systems and protocols. Should provide direction and guidance to the team and ensure that their knowledge, capability, training and support is aligned to the tasks expected of them. Ensure optimum use of resources to service the account effectively and profitably. The management of performance, development, reward and succession planning. Ensure the team has access to the right tools at the right time, informing the team of company updates. what next?
