With more than 2000 customers on track for decarbonization, we are working hard to onboard companies in the hundreds of thousands.We believe scaling carbon accounting 1000X is key to unfolding more sustainable practices at a systemic level.Join us to make it happen in practice, participating in the hypergrowth of one of France's most impactful startup.With this in mind, we are looking for an Operations Manager to help us optimise internal processes to make carbon accounting as pervasive as financial accounting In close collaboration with our Delivery & Product teams you will play a strategic role at the core of our operations.You will be in charge of streamlining operations to allow this hyperscaling, helping build an outstanding customer experience, and feeding the product roadmap to help us drive our scalability and gross margin upwards Operations & Processes Management :Participate in process design and optimisation efforts.Defining key metrics & results to scale Greenly’s delivery operations.Product Roadmap Management :Manage delivery roadmaps to ensure continuous progress in productivity & scalability to ensure scalability and gross margin optimisation.Monitor team progress by establishing rituals and analysing performance.Cross-team alignment :Align teams on product strategy by providing visibility across functions on roadmap, facilitating collaboration, and managing stakeholder expectations.Work with sales / account management team and delivery team to ensure streamline processes and conducting in-depth performance analyses within ops teams.Work with our Climate Expert department to optimise product adoption, identify process improvement opportunities, and enhance customer autonomy by customer tiers and product offerings.Work with the Product Team to identify product features and process improvements to ease delivery flow and improve product scalability.Join us on an empowering journey of making a tangible impact in the realm of sustainability! As a Product Operations Manager, your contributions will play a pivotal role in our mission to create a greener and more sustainable world Preferred ExperienceREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCEPrevious experience successfully leading either customer success opps or product opps at a scaling company before.Analytical leadership. You know that data (business insights including engagement and revenue but also customer and market insights) are the light that leads.Process optimisation.
