With offices throughout Europe, North America and recently Asia, Shippeo provides global coverage to all of our clients.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a new apprentice to join our Knowledge Management Team:Starting from: September 2024Duration: 1 yearLanguages: English (French + another European language is a +)Location: Paris (working remotely is possible)You will: play a key role in assisting the Knowledge Management team in organizing knowledge inside the company and providing outstanding content and communication to our users. have the opportunity to develop a broad range of soft and hard skills by creating valuable and diverse content in order to enable our growing user base to have a great experience when learning to use the Shippeo tool.Some of your responsibilities will include :Create, structure, and feed our brand-new public help center with new or updated content.Coordinate content creation for our restricted section Helpcenter, in-app learning tool, and downloads section.Create, structure, and feed with new content our learning platform with e-learning content (tutorials, videos, pictures, texts, quizzes).Providing feedback and supporting the team in evaluating the current content and shaping the future content and communication strategy.Participate in ad-hoc communication efforts (newsletters, product documentation…)QualificationsYou are a master's student in technical writing, documentation, knowledge management, or similar (Bac + 4-5)You can break down complex matters easily into accessible contentYou have basic knowledge of minimalism and structured content writing (DITA standard knowledge is a +)You have an eye for aesthetics and ideally design skillsYou are interested in pedagogical contentYou are autonomous in your work and you can multitaskYou have good interpersonal skillsYou are rigorous and organizedYou have excellent writing skills and ideally experience in copywriting, technical writing, or other content productionYou have excellent communication skills (written as well as spoken)Additional InformationRecruitment Process :1st interview with the Hiring ManagerBusiness CaseWe are looking for talents who share our values:If you identify with our values and enjoy working in a fast-paced and international environment, Shippeo is just the place for you!We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within our workplace as we value the unique perspectives and experiences that individuals from all backgrounds bring to our team.
