Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership supervision and expertise to the Planning & Scheduling department personnel, thereby fostering a productive and efficient work environment. This role also entails providing robust support to the project/proposal teams, which includes enhancing planning tools and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency. A crucial aspect of this role is to ensure that all planning on projects/proposals strictly adheres to TechnipFMC standards, Quality, and HSE, thereby maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all undertakings.

Job Description

1. Provides expertise and leadership to the Scheduling & Planning department
2. Defines the orientations, objectives and budget of the department
3. Ensures the implementation and improvement of company Planning and Scheduling standards and procedures
4. Contributes towards maintaining and implementing corporate QA & HSES Management System objectives and procedures
5. Develops standards and procedures, ensuring that they are in line with the recognized best practices in the area
6. Anticipates on the workload of the department and identifies the resources needed
7. Proposes for each project the adequate organization of the planning and scheduling discipline, the staffing plan and methods and tools adapted and required for the project
8. Fulfills the role of an advisor for project and proposals
9. Collects Planning and Scheduling feedback and implements lessons learned during project execution

You are meant for this job if:

1. Engineering degree or equivalent diploma
2. 10 years of experience in Project execution
3. Expert knowledge of Project Planning tools
4. Professional English
5. Deep understanding of the business principles for the Oil & Gas industry
6. Thorough understanding and experience in Project delivery processes and principles
7. Basic knowledge about the Global Business Process Management System (GBPMS)
