You will work alongside passionate, multicultural, and inclusive teams.You will be part of our Train Operation and System Maintenance (TOSM) Solutions entity of Services Platform. You will be a key actor in our strategy to develop Energy Efficiency solutions and services for Train Operation and System Maintenance projects around the world.Your missionDevelop TOSM expertise in Energy Efficiency: be the owner of Energy Efficiency process methods and tools within TOSM and ultimately be able to develop Energy Efficiency programs and business plans, manage internal interfaces and contribute to the Energy Efficiency community.Define and deploy Energy Efficiency Roadmap for TOSM.Identify and deploy good practices and innovative solutions which should be used on TOSM projects to optimize energy consumption.Develop solutions to be used on current or future TOSM projects to decrease energy consumption.Develop ISO 50001 audit service to be proposed to TOSM projects.Lead a “proof of concept” project aimed at implementing an Energy Monitoring System in an urban rail premise: issue specification, select supplier and lead a test installation in urban rail premise.Educational requirementGraduate with a Master's degree in electrical engineering, you have strong knowledge of energy management and energy efficiency for electrical systems, you know about Energy metering and Energy management systems.Competencies and skillsAbility to solve problems by being collaborative, creative, and analytical.Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.Resilient and able to deliver operationally in a demanding and changing environment.Good planning and organization skills.Ability to handle financial data and business cases.Good ability to convince, influence & persuade.Agile: high reactivity, proactivity, and adaptability.Inclusive: collaboration, strong team player.Good written and oral communications.Location & TravelYou will be based in Saint-Ouen, some trips abroad are to be expected.Things you’ll enjoyJoin us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
