They will devise the test strategies and test plans for each testing phase and will report on testing progress.Key AccountabilitiesAccountable for test delivery, supported by the Project Support team, reporting to the Project ManagerAccountable for the delivery of the testing to an agreed timeline and to an acceptable level of qualityAccountable for test scope, and adhering to the published methodology and project controlsEnsuring that test meetings are effectively organised and meeting minutes, where necessary, are takenAccountable for Test Progress reportingAcceptance that the work submitted by all test team members, including subcontract staff, meets the required quality standards of the projectKey ResponsibilitiesThe overall delivery of the testing on a day-by-day basis to time, quality and budgetResponsible for developing Test Strategies and conducting Test WorkshopsResponsible for developing Test Plans for the phases of testingPlanning, delegating, monitoring and controlling all of the Test Team’s activities in accordance with the Test planResponsible for ensuring that the Test plan is resourced throughout all phases of the testing lifecycleEnsuring that the testing process is followed, and that all deliverables, milestones, and test phases are acceptedAct as a point of contact for the Test Team and escalate any required actions, issues, or risks to the Project Team/Steering GroupOrganising and Managing of Test MeetingsQualificationsGood leadership qualities; role model and mentor to the test teamExperienced at working with defined test methodologiesAccessibility testing experience desirableStructured and disciplined with good interpersonal skillsAbility to produce high quality and professional written documentationConflict resolution and negotiation skillsFrench based and strong French and English speakingDiversity and Inclusion at Hitachi SolutionsDiversity is the wellspring of our innovation and our growth engine, and we believe that creativity is fuelled by diversity.
