Job Description

You join the human resources team of the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) division, you join the Social Relations and Legal Affairs expertise centre of Natixis Investment Managers (NIM) of Global Financial Services. The team consists of 4 lawyers in social law and a social relations officer. She is in charge of the management of the legal affairs, the social relations of the companies and the integrated economic and social units of the AWM cluster while participating in the framing and legal steering of the other subsidiaries.

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Providing advice and expertise on individual and collective aspects to the HR teams (HRD/ RRH) and, where applicable, to the business managers in your scope;
  • Organize, prepare and participate in meetings of the various staff bodies in your area, monitor expertise, participate in the negotiation strategy, draft agreements, organize professional elections and monitor collective indicators (social assessment, BDESE, etc.);
  • Support HR teams on individual files: pre-litigation, litigation, disciplinary and departures (litigation procedure management, interface with consulting firms and monitoring indicators);
  • Manage transversal themes within the UES NIM;
  • Carry out a legal watch with, if necessary, an impact analysis for the company.

As a Social Law Lawyer, you bring your legal expertise in the management of individual and collective labour law relations on behalf of several legal entities, mainly in France and occasionally internationally. A true business partner, you provide advice and adapted solutions in a complex environment and contribute to maintaining a good social dialogue.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You are familiar with:

  • Social law;
  • The various employee representative bodies;
  • Standard office tools.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

  • Known for your analytical and writing skills.
  • Appreciated for your team spirit.

You master English with a B2 level.
