Objectives and Key ResponsibilitiesFull P/L responsibility for business growth across a portfolio of 6 Business Lines between 100-500M Euros. Align and implement the Global go-to-market and products strategy across Business Lines. Lead the transformation and simplification of the operations of the business. Lead relationships with CEOs and other senior external figures, including regulatory bodies. Continue transforming the business as it shifts from a product to a solutions-oriented business. Identify and execute M&A opportunities. Develop and implement the people strategy for the country, in partnership with the Global support functions. Lead and manage local operational, compliance, health and safety and other requirements. Leverage central infrastructure to drive growth.External Focus and TransformationHas an external focus, including working at the c-suite level with governments and customers. Drives a transformation agenda, both in terms of integrating new businesses, shifting the culture and also driving efficiency of the back office. Current gaps include business acumen, capacity to transform the business/change management, managing priorities, and skills to operate at the c-suite level. Potential barriers for growth are mainly in priorities management, managing conflict, cross-selling and ensuring a healthy talent pipeline. Identifying and taking calculated risks to drive innovation. Leading and growing both product and solution-based businesses.
