Location Remote EMEA, Paris Type Full time Department Revenue Your role As Sales Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Revenue to drive the go-to-market. This person should be excited to play a foundational role as the first hire of our sales team. We’ve built an orchestration platform that enables companies to automate business onboarding. Our sales are typically highly technical, involving product, engineering, finance, and compliance stakeholders. We have refined our ICP based on demonstrated product market fit in our first market and are looking to accelerate sales with our ICP across broader geographies. You will: Develop business with ICP clients; identifying and pitching prospects in broader European geographies Serve as the advocate of our clients, understanding their needs, concerns and ensuring that our solutions are helping to solve their problems; Iterate and innovate on outbound and inbound sales strategies Work alongside the Head of revenue and founders to help define and improve our sales processes and methodologies Help refine our ICP, target markets, and sales strategy There will be significant growth and leadership opportunities for this person as our sales team expands. This role would also present the right candidate with exposure to all aspects of sales and go-to-market and provide ownership opportunities across the entire sales cycle. This role is an excellent foundation for someone who would want to go on and become a founder in the future. Requirements The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial profile, with a background in strategy consulting and/or experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You are an avid learner, willing to understand new problems, and a doer, able to go beyond your comfort zone to reach results. ; You have demonstrated consultative and strong discovery skills, empathy and the ability to understand complex problems and suggest approaches to solve them. You are process and number-driven, interested in structuring approaches and measuring their performance You can deal with and thrive in the ambiguity and chaos that comes with a fast-growing early-stage startup. You are a self-starter, you are strong on execution and measure results with a sense of focus and discipline. You have excellent communication skills; you collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners. (A plus but not required) you have a strong fintech network to leverage to get intros to the right partners.
