Job Title: Project Manager QC Stream (Contract/Freelance) Location: Toulouse Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6-12 months (minimum 6 months) Onsite Requirement: Full-time onsite, 5 days a week Languages: English (French is a plus) Daily Rate: negotiable About Us: My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the QC Stream for Analytical Equipment Qualification on a major project in Toulouse. We are looking for someone with strong QC expertise and a project management background to drive the project forward. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute the qualification of analytical equipment (mass spectrophotometers, electron microscopes, centrifuges, endotoxin analyzers, turbidity meters, etc.). Supervise teams of consultants working on the QC project and ensure they meet objectives. Ensure all contractual agreements between the company and client are respected and deliverables are on time, compliant with quality standards, and within scope. Coordinate and lead project committee meetings, maintaining detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and managing risks. Develop and implement project management tools to track progress and ensure quality. Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing and selecting candidates for the project. Train and integrate new recruits into the team. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in the life sciences, consulting, or healthcare industry. Expertise in QC/Analytical Equipment Qualification with hands-on experience in drafting and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols. Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Financial management knowledge to manage project budgets and costs effectively. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project goals are met on time. Professional English essential; French is a plus.
