A top-tier law firm in Paris is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with expertise in M&A and Private Equity to join their renowned team. Key Requirements: PQE: 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate/Private Equity. Bar Qualification: Must have passed the Paris Bar. Experience: Strong track record in Private Equity transactions, including Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs) and Venture Capital (VC) deals. Current Practice: Currently employed at a ranked Paris-based law firm, specializing in Corporate and Private Equity. The Ideal Candidate: Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage complex transactions in Private Equity, LBOs, and VC. Strong commercial awareness and an in-depth understanding of the Paris market.
