Quality Director (All gender)

Your role:You will be responsible for leading all the quality across the company. You will ensure the company reaches the quality requirements & standards to deliver its business and technical milestones. As a start-up, you will have to set up the quality function using the best practices from the industry, being agile and being constantly in line with the needs and the size of the company. As Director, you will integrate the Executive Committee of the company and report directly to the CEO. Your interfaces will be both internal and external to drive the following activities:Set the quality roadmap for the companyDevelop the quality team to answer the objectivesManage the Programme/Project quality, setting up the quality gates of the product developmentLead the quality for the certification of the aircraft (Type Certificate), the organization (DOA & POA)Get the appropriate standards at the company level (EN 9100, ISO 14001, etc.)Deploy the quality best practices from the industry in the team and organizationEnsure the supplier qualityMonitor the quality in the industrial premises of AscendanceThe job has been made for you if you:You have 15 years or more of experience in Quality in the industry sector (aerospace, automotive, etc.)You acquired a proven experience in setting up Quality standardsYou developed good knowledge of development and industrial processesYou demonstrated the ability to manage international teams, partners or suppliersYou experienced Aerospace standards and certificationsYou are reliable, accountable, and autonomous in setting your prioritiesYou have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in French and English to effectively convey ideas and information to various stakeholders and teamsYou are organized, solution-oriented, easy to talk to and have the ability to coordinate projectsYou know how to have a global vision to ensure a step by step follow-up and anticipate expectationsWe are meant to work together if you:You believe that implementing a QMS from start is a project that will allow you to exercise and put into application your knowledge, competences and skillsYou are fully committed to developing a quality mindset in a companyYou are willing to contribute to the development of the companyYou want to impact the future of aviation and lead the transitionYou want to face complex but thrilling challengesYou like to work in a dynamic environmentYou are a real team player who wants to build a big success story with usYou are curious and eager to learnRecruitment process:Application evaluations (CVs…)Talent InterviewTechnical InterviewMeet others AscendersReference checkNon-discrimination and diversity are our priorities.
