Head of Clause Implementation

As part of the Group Commercial Department, reporting to the Head of Commercial back-office group, the Head of Clause Implementation, in collaboration with a Senior Business Analyst, will be in charge of:Responsibilities:Preparing with the SBA & attending clause simplification committeeProviding clause implementation technical assessment to committeeManaging clause implementation priorities based on budget data, committee inputs, and technical dataMonitoring clause implementation within budgetDesigning & providing stakeholders and collaborators with key indicatorsDriving local implementation top down (globally)Escalating issues to clauses committeeQualifications:Engineering / Business school diploma or any other Bac+5 equivalentComprehensive knowledge of clauses and the overall contracting ecosystem & processes10-15 years’ experience working in a digitization context, at least part of it within CofaceOne or more successful Management experiencesKnowledge of Coface organizationKnowledge of Coface IT landscapeOutstanding management & leadership skillsExcellent written & spoken levels of French & English, other languages are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
