Job description: Mirakl launched Mirakl Ads in November 2022, an innovative retail media solution that empowers businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic across both marketplace and first party offerings while delivering more value to advertisers, marketplace sellers and publishers. Mirakl Ads is a unique collection of tools that sets it apart from other platforms. By leveraging Mirakl's knowledge in eCommerce best practices, product data management, and conversion optimization, we have developed a purpose-built Retail Media solution that maximizes sales and enhances profitability through digital advertising expenditure. Mirakl is actively looking for aRVP Sales EMEA to support the rapid adoption of Mirakl Ads and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales management and Retail Media. This position is available in our Paris office. Your Impact: As the RVP Sales EMEA for Mirakl Ads, you'll spearhead the expansion of our retail media activities, leading a dynamic sales team to promote Mirakl Ads among both new and existing customers. We're looking for a charismatic relationship builder who is proactive, innovative, and well-connected. You'll play a key role in shaping our corporate sales strategy, driving its execution, and achieving strategic goals. Additionally, you will provide executive sponsorship for clients, handle initial escalations, and ensure smooth customer engagements. What you will do at Mirakl: Play a pivotal and inspiring role in building, leading, and motivating a talented sales team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers, driving them toward unparalleled success. Define local go to market strategy consistent with Mirakl’s objectives Establish solid relationships with key players at the highest levels of an organization, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite Continuous mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required Develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the eCommerce and Retail Media sector Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to build accurate forecast and pipeline Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate: 10+ years of proven success in software sales and experience within the retail media industry At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people. Proven track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through acquiring new clients and implementing effective upsell/cross-sell strategies Must be a highly business-driven individual who excels in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Excellent verbal/written skills and proficiency in French and English. Fluency in Spanish would be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
