Duration: September End of year 2024 (expected extension until February)Setup: Freelance / PortageLocation: Remote (Remote working fine, but some trips to Paris and perhaps Orleans requested)Job Overview:We are seeking an M365 Adoption & Copilot Specialist to support end users in embracing Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools and solutions. The role involves collecting business needs through interviews, surveys, and workshops, designing and leading webinars, and setting up demonstration stands. You will also manage and maintain a database of prompts, with knowledge of Prompt Buddy being a plus. A key aspect of this role is creating engaging communication content, including emails, intranet pages, and user guides, to drive user adoption.~Responsibilities:Gather and analyse business needs through direct engagement with users.Design and animate webinars and demonstration sessions focusing on practical uses to encourage adoption.Implement and update a database of prompts, enhancing user experience.Create targeted communication content, such as emails and user guides, to support the adoption journey.Develop and track KPIs to measure the business value delivered by new solutions.Lead engaging, user-focused demonstration sessions, showcasing the functional benefits of Copilot M365.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience in conducting user demonstrations and workshops.Strong communication skills and a KPI-driven approach.Functional knowledge of Copilot M365 is required.
