Interim Transaction Services Specialist

We are currently looking to source highly qualified Interim / Consulting Transaction Service Specialists to prepare candidates ahead of the job market opening up again after the summer break.The ideal candidate will have acted as the go-to Transaction Service expert on multiple occasions within Private Equity portfolio companies internationally, involving themselves in various sale/exit projects from a financial perspective. The ideal candidate will come from a Big 4 Transaction services environment and then joined an International business in an M&A Leadership capacity.You will lead all aspects of the business's transaction projects from liaison with advisors, control of VDD, data room, and valuation models.
