Position Overview:

To support DiliTrust’s ambitious goals for the coming years, we are introducing a new role of Culture & Employee Engagement Partner within our Global HR Team. This position is essential for strengthening internal communication and implementing actions that foster a positive culture and employee experience.

As Culture & Employee Engagement Partner, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be based in our Paris office with responsibilities spanning across all DiliTrust locations globally.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and oversee the internal communications strategy at DiliTrust. Your efforts will ensure that employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals, values, and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to create and deliver impactful communication programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the scale-up of our HR Team, create and structure this new role, and work on strategic, innovative HR projects on a global scale.

What You'll Do

Internal communication

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, mission, vision, and values.
  2. Define, structure, and execute the annual internal communication plan in collaboration with all DiliTrust departments and countries, ensuring cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
  3. Streamline communication channels, creating and managing engaging content that promotes a shared understanding of the company's strategy, news, projects, benefits, and culture, thereby enhancing employee engagement.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing team and Talent Acquisition Manager on employer branding activities and communication. Support the People Team in all HR related communications.

Employee Engagement Surveys

  1. Lead and manage Employee Engagement Survey campaigns.
  2. Analyze survey results in detail, develop communication plans, and collaborate with People Business Partners and Department Heads on action plans.
  3. Identify, propose, and support the implementation of initiatives and tools to further engage employees at a global level.

Culture & Values

  1. Promote and embed the company’s values through communication, visual identity, and associated events, ensuring these values are reflected in all operational processes.
  2. Lead change initiatives for company-wide programs that reinforce our corporate culture. Define the annual Global Event Roadmap for all countries and oversee its implementation.

Employee Experience & Integrations

  1. Enhance the employee experience across all stages of their career at DiliTrust, from onboarding to offboarding.
  2. Drive post-merger integration HR activities, ensuring smooth transitions and synergy for all stakeholders.
  3. Support Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activities by communicating onboarding and change messages through various communication tools, including emails, presentations, and other assets.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

  1. 5-7 years’ experience in internal communication, working on projects related to culture & values and employee experience, preferably in dynamic and fast-growing companies in international and multicultural settings.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the agility to switch between projects as needed.
  3. Excellent communication skills in French and English. Any additional European languages will be a plus.
  4. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of crafting engaging content for various audiences with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid working relationships across all levels of the organization and be recognized as a trusted advisor by stakeholders.
  6. Previous experience in company transformation, project & change management and merger & acquisition is a plus.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
  8. Familiarity with digital communication platforms and emerging trends in internal communication. Experience in corporate events (onsite or virtual) is a plus.
  9. Above all, you are passionate about people, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a team that values collaboration and a great team spirit.
