It isn’t a question. About the role The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within the country and across multiple functions. You will be driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers and external early talent partners to deliver top talent to the organization. In this role you will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.  Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organizationProvide talent consultation on best practice, insight on market trends and support business decision making aligned to Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiringWork with external education providers in support of our ongoing apprentice / alternant hiringCoordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/or HRBPs. Be part of a regional Talent Acquisition team providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements where necessary   Qualifications and skills Essential 5+ years of full cycle end to end recruitingInternal recruiting experience strongly preferredProven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategiesPrevious success in a fast paced recruiting modelStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends in countryProficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Sourcing and Talent Insights Proficiency in English & French (Written and Spoken)Preferred Experience working in/hiring for an FMCG business is highly advantageousExperience in supporting both professional hiring and apprentice/alternant hiring in FranceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidatesOrganizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesResults-driven and growth mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone. We’re striving to create a climate where we celebrate our diversity in all forms by treating each other with respect, listening to different viewpoints, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where your?authentic self belongs and thrives. We believe in an agile working culture for all our roles.
