Senior Line Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Line Technician to join our team at Mondelez Global LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining equipment, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the line team to achieve business results and sustain a high level of performance.
• Develop and implement autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing losses and improving quality.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality assurance activities, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a union environment.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
