We believe that learning new tricks is a journey and sharing them with peers is definitely part of the fun.We have 350 employees in Paris, Lyon and Portugal.Bedrock is seeking a Product Owner who will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency and scalability of our design system. You will integrate the design system into the development and delivery processes of features developed by Bedrock in collaboration with Product Managers. Additionally, you will lead the delivery of design projects for our clients and our own products.Main ResponsibilitiesAs Product Owner, you will:Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners during discovery phases, bringing your expertise to identify the most suitable functional solutions.Share the product roadmap and vision for the evolutions you're responsible for with a large number of internal and external development teams.Detail expected functionalities, dependencies, and deployment steps across production client environments.Ensure that developments address the problem statement with the expected level of quality and initial estimated business value.Consolidate and present decisions at an executive level internally and/or to clients independently.Identify risks, handle alerts, and, based on your analysis, escalate issues as necessary.Assist in resolving technical problems related to the design system.Ensure the technical feasibility of adding new components to the design system.Ensure the design system aligns with the objectives and specific constraints of each project.Provide training to teams to help them become autonomous with the design system.What we're Looking for Master's degree preferably in business or in management (Engineering or Business School)5 8 years of experience in the digital sector within a consumer technology companyProficient in project management methodologiesExperience in managing agile projectsSkilled in crafting clear and concise user storiesProficient with design tools (Figma, ZeroHeight) and development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Familiar with version control systems (Git).Understanding of fundamental design system principles.Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.Beyond technical skills, we are looking for talents with:Excellent team player who fosters collaborationAbility to adapt to changing environments and challengesStrong focus on client satisfaction and delivering high-quality serviceInnovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvementFluent in EnglishLIFE AT BEDROCKYou'll join an enthusiastic, friendly and close-knit team in a fast-growing tech company with more than 10 years' experience and a strong network of media shareholders.Work flexibility and brand-new office spaces with a great location.A top-notch tech expertise : documentation, support, R& D, management seniority…Work Evolutions & opportunities within the company, as well as trainings.Strong human connections knowledge sharing: Last Friday Talks, Demos, Meet-Ups, HR Roadshows
