Let’s talk.What you will do:Grow and nurture a portfolio of VIP customers in the French MarketMaximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contractionGather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmapDevelop and automate our processes, practices & toolsBring in new ideas to delight our customersWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-ranking business schoolStrong previous experience in a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassion for consistently providing excellent customer experienceComfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English & FrenchAircall is constantly moving forward.
