As International People Ops Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our human resources operations reporting directly to Mariem, the Head of People Operations.You will be responsible for all administrative management of the employee lifecycle and the production of outsourced payroll for 600 employees in France and a dozen other countries (UK, ITA, BE, DE, ESP, PT, NL, AT, ...) ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing optimized processes to support our company's growth.Your next missions Management & HR CoordinationManage the life cycle of Free2movers: Onboarding/Offboarding, employment contracts, affiliation to social organizations, health insurance, etcKeep HRIS (Personio) and the various follow-up files up to dateEstablish procedures for hiring foreign employees (such as obtaining work and residence permits)In a context of continuous improvement and structuring (scale up), create and formalize relevant processes and harmonize existing onesSupport various projects (mergers/acquisitions, tool synergies, optimization of payroll service providers, etc.)Act as a point of contact for Free2movers, sharing and communicating key information to ensure the best possible employee experienceEnsure compliance with the French Labor Code and the company's internal rules and regulationsMonitor and apply regulations and collective agreementsManagement of outsourced payroll France & InternationalAnticipate the collection of payroll data in the various countries and improve the efficiency of collection processesPrepare and check payroll elements and share them with payroll service providersCheck pay slips, settlement of all outstanding dues, severance pay, etc.Ensure rigorous payroll management in collaboration with payroll service providers in each countryHR ReportingDraw up all the social dashboards needed to monitor staff activity: headcount, absenteeism, payroll, gender equality index, turnover, work-related accidents, etc.Monitor all legal and contractual obligationsExpected skills Bachelor's degree (Bac +3/+4) in HR management;At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in people ops management, preferably in a scale-up company with international exposure;Experience in creating, developing and implementing optimized processesMastery of payroll rules in the main European countries (IT, ESP, UK, and /or DE...)Fluency in English and FrenchAbility to work autonomously and complete assignments within given parametersComfortable with numbersStrong interest in parameterizing HR ToolsGood knowledge of legal obligations related to personnel management in France and EuropeProficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite (Drive), and standard office softwareWhat we offerWorking at Free2Move means becoming part of a tribe in which the culture of performance rhymes with a good atmosphere.
