YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE We are looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Manager in 113 Route de Paris, TASSIN-LA-DEMI-LUNE 69160 FRA. Your mission will be to: Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary. Coordinate cost optimization related activities with the various stakeholders. Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews. Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery. Analyze third-party as well as internal processes, and create strategies for service delivery optimization. Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery. Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments. Collaborate with technical design teams to set standards for software, hardware, and security. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. Participate in migrations and deployment activities at a global scale. Offer training and guidance to all whose roles bring them into contact with the cloud structure. YOUR PROFILE Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams toward issues resolution. Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services. Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment. Exceptional customer-facing skills. In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery. Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles. Understanding of technical IT matters. Strong organizational skills. Capacity to train and guide junior team members. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude. Excellent English required. Practicing the French language is a plus. WHY JOIN US?
