You will be responsible for attracting and selecting at a global scale the best candidate.You will contribute to Excelya's ability to become the leader in its market by ensuring the quality of new hires and their alignment with values. Supported by your teams, you will contribute to the best employee experience Excelya could offer.In order to match with Excelya 2030 road map, you shall structure, organize and grow Excelya recruitment capabilities to recruit around 600 people in 2030.You report to the CEO, and manage a global team mainly based in Europe and Asia (India).Essential Functions :Redesign and implement a new recruitment process at a global scale ; Monitor the delivery of the recruitment team via KPIs ; Build recruitment campaigns to anticipate future growth ; Set an advancedIT environment (including AI) ; Manage a globalteam of recruiters ; Report to CEO and Executive Committee about the recruitment performance ; Build and monitore your budget ; Handle some strategic recruitments.Education and Experience :10 to15 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in a service company, a consulting firm or within the healthcare industry ; At least One Experience in a small or mid-size company.Competencies aligned with the position :Leadership (You have a vision and you know how to convince your audience) ; Analytical skills ; Process-oriented ; Flexible and adaptable (you shall design a global strategy while implementing it in details) ; Synthetic (straight forward and efficient reporting to top management) ; International and digital communication.Corporate Competencies aligned with Excelya Values :AUDACITY: Risk taker/ Believer/ CreativeENERGY: Achiever (Hands On)/ Solution finder/ Humble (to face reality)CARE: (Internal) Client focus/ Team player/ CollaborativeLanguage : Fluent English (min C1 level).Location : The job is based in Paris.
