We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance battery solutions for various markets such as electromobility, stationary energy, and industrial applications.Time off in lieu (RTT)Health insuranceProfit sharing75% reimbursement of transportation costsMissionsJOB DESCRIPTIONIn full expansion, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Mechanical Industrialization Engineer to join our dynamic team.You will be responsible for ensuring and guaranteeing the industrialization of mechanical parts for the railway BU under the best conditions of cost, quality, lead time, and sustainability, and participate in the implementation of the associated industrial scheme. As such, your main activities will include:Technically support industrialization for Group services Pre-sales, R&D, Purchasing, Procurement, Quality, Production.Participate in finding technical solutions in collaboration with the project team.Participate in industrial risk analysis (Process FMEA) (cost, test, lead time).Ensure manufacturability during the study phase.Participate in REACH, fire/smoke analysis (railway standard reaction to fire EN45545-2).Make minor CAD modifications.Verify the compliance of technical data and the format of the product and mechanical sub-assembly definition files.Participate in and/or develop the most appropriate means and organization for prototyping and production in connection with manufacturing plants.Participate in subcontractor follow-up, ensuring good technical synchronization and scheduling of the supply chain/suppliers.Participate in prototype assembly monitoring (NPI), ensuring proper management and consideration of modifications (ECR).Participate in RPP and FAI and follow-up on resulting actions.Participate in subcontractor visits and audits.Participate in production transfers (technical validation, process).Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal software tools to aid industrialization.Participate in the development and evolution of business procedures related to design and industrialization.You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for a better impact and ensuring our energy future.ProfileGood knowledge of internal professions to ensure the achievement of project industrial objectives.Good knowledge of the industrial system, lean principles, and production organization.Knowledge of mechanical and electronic product assemblies.Knowledge of SolidWorks (including PDM).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Ability to work within a matrix organization and in a team.Anticipation and adaptability.Ability to organize and plan.Rigor and autonomy.Knowledge of the railway domain would be a plus.A stimulating work environment: We firmly believe in creating an inclusive and welcoming work environment for all.
