Job Requirements / Description
Job Purpose:
Optimize Retail business management in terms of time and budget. A mixed profile is required with skills in management control, commercial relations, vendors relations but also communication / training with / for internal TD SYNNEX teams (Marketing, Sales retail, collection). Responsible for the rebates & PTC payment to our partner from contract check to payment process & reporting:
Observe the workload in various mailboxes (RMT resolver groups) and discuss any necessary measures with the sales team leader
Contact person for vendor-related processes and holding appropriate trainings
Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes
Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Deputy Team Lead in absence
Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments
Take on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI’s
Responsibilities:
Contract management:
Preliminary check
Submission for signature
Entering the budget into the tracking tool (Workey)
Processing customer payment requests:
Debit note / invoice registration into the tracking tool
Payment request to the vendor
Checks with BU Marketing
QC creation into ASM
RMT creation
Reconciliation with collection team
Reporting / dashboard:
Weekly follow-up of customer deductions
Overall follow-up of pending SOA, rebates, marketing operations with customers & vendors
Turnover declaration on customer web portal or by email
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree required
