Our innovative technology extends drone autonomy and enhances operational efficiency. Job Summary We are looking for a robotics Engineer specializing in drone tracking systems and AI computer vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, electronics, and software development, with proficiency in specific AI tools and coding languages. This role requires a highly autonomous individual who is motivated to take on new tasks and manage projects independently. Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Develop and implement advanced tracking systems for drones, ensuring precise and autonomous tracking from a distance. AI and Computer Vision: Utilize AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, YOLO (You Only Look Once), OpenCV, and other relevant tools to enhance drone tracking capabilities. Software Integration: Integrate AI models with drone hardware and software, ensuring seamless operation and real-time processing. Robotics and Electronics: Design, test, and optimize electronic components and systems related to drone operations & photovoltaics. Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality performance. Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to develop innovative solutions and improve existing technologies. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of designs, experiments, and project progress. Qualifications and Skills Education: Master’s degree in Robotics, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in robotics engineering, specifically related to drones and tracking systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, YOLO, OpenCV, and other machine learning libraries. Strong programming skills in Python, C++ and MATLAB. Experience with robotics platforms and development environments such as ROS (Robot Operating System). Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi). Familiarity with sensor integration and data fusion techniques. Expert knowledge in 3-D modelling, CAD, Solid works. Fusion 360 and ANSYS is a plus. Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English, both conversational and documentation levels (C1 or higher). Personal Attributes: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Motivated to learn new technologies and take on challenging tasks.
