Corporate Lawyer - Junior Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with group restructuring and refinancing, private equity and real estate transactions, and merger and acquisitions;
• Advise clients on various agreements and issue legal opinions and memoranda regarding international transactions;
• Draft corporate documentation;
• Keep regular information on client industry developments;
• Work closely with our Corporate Team to provide high-quality legal services to our clients;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
• Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulations.

Requirements

• First experiences in the Corporate area, ideally within a large international law firm;
• Academic degree in law, a specialized Master's degree would be an asset;
• Admitted to the 'Liste II' or to the 'Liste IV', or currently undertaking qualification;
• Fluent in French, English, and Luxembourgish;
• Proactive, willing to take initiatives, responsibilities, and go the extra mile;
• Reliable, rigorous, and dynamic;
• Collaborative and highly value team spirit and communication in the work environment.
