We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President (SVP) in charge of the purchasing department for Electromobility (EMOB). You will be a vital member of our team that serves as the EMOB department's and the Management team's backbone. Lastly, you need to be incredibly adaptable and well-organized.Main Activities & Responsibilities:In order to assist your supervisor, take the initiative to manage daily concerns, support, and follow-up plans and activities while offering an effective and professional service.Organise, schedule, and record the minutes of the management meetings.Organise, plan, and oversee the department's and management team's activities and events.Assistance with business, travel, cost reporting, general administration, and creating and organising an agenda.In charge of the department's administrative procedures and knowledgeable about IT platforms including Teams, MS Office, SharePoint, EBD, and Origo.Accountable for the department's information flow.Participate actively in the onboarding process by giving new hires information on the tools and method of operation.Use benchmarked resources and practices in other divisions of the same company.Qualifications:A desire to work combined with a fantastic department and management group that enjoy themselves every day!Ability to assume responsibility for tasks and efficiently arrange, structure, and rank a variety of issues.Proactive attitude, excellent organising abilities, and a love of spearheading initiatives.Utmost professionalism and honesty in all business dealings (capacity to handle private information with suitable care).A worldwide perspective, an international strategy, and high English language proficiency.Strong skills in IT systems in general and Office365 in particular.Strong networking and social skills — this position is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and collaboration!It is advantageous to be familiar with the Volvo organisation and its administrative procedures.Relevant education and experience from similar positions.Ready for the next move?We would love to get to know you if you think you fit the criteria above!
