You’ll work 60% of your time from home and 40% based at your nearest global office location of either Barcelona, Madrid, Redhill, United Kingdom, Paris or Shannon, Ireland.What you'll be doing:
Defining the enterprise, application and data architecture in accordance with the business ambition and prioritiesMaximise the value of technology for the organisation by optimising existing and adopting new technologiesSteering the architecture governance and control compliance with standards and guidelines:
ensuring that the designed solutions are well defined in terms of business architecture, IT architecture, solution complexity, solution operability, technology strategy and roadmap alignmentCommunicating through AXA Partners’ townhalls and ExCom on the value of technology to develop AXA Partner’s tech-led strategyDeveloping an agile operating model for architecture in order to improve business proximity, time to market, and efficiencyDeveloping the architecture community to raise architecture awareness in order to develop more autonomy within the multicultural/global delivery teams while ensuring consistencySu PerfilAbout YouProven experience of working in a Global Senior Leadership roleSolid IT background and proven knowledge within Enterprise Architecture Excellent communicator, ability to inspire and motivate all levels of staff at a global level (direct management and management by influence)In-depth knowledge of IT best practices, architectures and data technologiesGood understanding of Agile and DevOps practicesSuperb collaborator with strong negotiation skills and ability to relay technical information to non-technical senior stakeholder’sFluent in EnglishKnowledge of AXA businesses would be highly advantageousAcerca de AXAEl Grupo AXA es líder mundial en seguros y gestión de activos.
