This team accompanies these different countries and users of these tools in their handling, their good use and to keep them informed of all the evolutions brought in time.As a Global Change Management Executive, you will be integrated into the change management team and take part in building and implementing a comprehensive change management approach for Converged suite, the suite of tools developed for supporting the agency process (Mx). In support of the manager, you will be responsible for installing a strong and innovative user’s experience approach towards all the profiles and countries impacted. Job Description : Mission & ResponsibilitiesParticipate to the implementation and the follow-up of change and support plans.Participate building modular training programs & plans.Animate the different user trainings in support to the products owners.Manage user’s Service Desks of the solutions you are responsible of (answer tickets and support users, improve and monitor the existing support processes).Participate to the animation of users’ communities.Participate keeping up to date the knowledge portal of Converged Suite.Create change documentation or update the existing change documentation by integrating upcoming new features.Participate to the business processes definition.Build easy to handle new user guides.Ensure all the key stakeholders are compliant and engaged with the user’s support principles and strategiesAdvice the Product Owners on the best way to promote their projects and consolidate all the communication actionsFaster the user’s adoption by building a strong relationship with them (collect feedbacks, animate workshops and coaching meetings, etc.)Experience Graduated with a Master degree or equivalent with a specialisation in project management Experience in supporting digital transformation projects / media agency knowledge is a plus Key CompetenciesTicketing management tools (JIRA, Zendesk, Monday, …)Perfect knowledge of MS office toolsBasic / Medium knowledge of making learning tutorial videoAnalytics and synthesisCreativityGood written and spoken communicationData savvy Skills : Change Management, Data Tools Contract Type : PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
