If you're ready to join a global company with talent all over the world, and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team.  What You'll Do: As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the objectives assigned to the site are met in compliance with current regulations and company policies: Quality, Communication, Ethics, Human Resources, Health Safety and Environment. To this end, he/she organizes and coordinates the activities of all industrial functions present on the site. You will collaborate with a diverse group of passionate people to provide sustainable solutions to advance science and technology.  What We're Looking For:  Lead the implementation of the company's and the Group's Health, Safety and Environment policy on the site. Ensure that the site maintains a good social climate. Ensure that staff comply with the company's internal regulations.  Anticipate and lead organizational changes required for the optimal operation of the entity, in collaboration with the HR Department. Validate and propose to the CEO any organizational changes or personnel movements within the site (hiring, transfers, temporary staff), with the approval of the HR Department for direct reports.  Approve the plant's annual training plan and salary increases.  Propose master plans for site development (buildings, plant infrastructure and IT networks) to the CEO, and monitor their progress.  Validate the plant's annual capital expenditure plan (Anticipated Capital Expenditure).  Approve capital expenditure requests submitted by site operating departments within the scope of its authority.  Validate the plant's annual operating budget before approval by the CEO.  Ensure optimal use of the site's material resources (costs and production capacity). Monitor the development of the company and the Group to determine the site's future challenges. Contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives and verify the implementation of the company's quality policy on site. Facilitate and organize on-site customer visits and promote the exchange of experience.  Be attentive to new technical and commercial development requests and encourage their implementation on site.  Represent company management on site. Participate in employee representative/management meetings. Maintain a strong relationship with the various Corporate departments of the Operations Division.- Promote the exchange of experience within the network of LZ sites worldwide.- Ensure optimal communication with the various departments of the European Shared Services organization. Represent the CEO in dealings with local authorities and organizations. Represent the company to visitors to the site.  Represent the site at all events where the CEO feels the company should be present.  Supports the company's approach to the world of education.  Approves investment requests made by the site's operational departments, within the limits of the delegations given to him each year by the CEO.
