We are seeking an experienced lawyer/jurist to work on various files, providing legal advice to clients on data protection, IT law, and contractual matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working on files with the team, liaising with external officials, and attending client meetings or calls
* Conducting research and distilling it into practical advice
* Being involved in a wide range of files, including data protection, IT law, contractual matters, e-commerce, media law, and intellectual property
* Contributing to the development of the department through visibility actions, such as legal news or conferences
* Staying up-to-date with trends in Luxembourg and the European Union

The ideal candidate should have:
* A university degree in Law
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in ITC/IP law practice with a New Technologies and GDPR emphasis
* Significant experience in international files concerning data protection and contractual matters
* Knowledge of media law and telecommunication would be an advantage
* Excellent communication and team player skills
* A perfect command of French and English
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt easily
