An organization of motivated, curious, and teamwork-oriented people, we let our passion drive our business forward.The Moody's Analytics KYC & Data Solutions Sales Team is composed of various profiles working together towards the same goal of providing new and current customers with state-of-the-art services and solutions.To that end, Solutions Specialists are in charge of working closely with the sales representatives throughout the whole sales cycle by making sure the value proposition of the proposed solutions is well perceived by the customer and improves the company's chance to come to a sales.Responsibilities:Work closely with the KYC & Data Solutions sales team to build and execute on sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets that align with the company's vision and objectivesAnswer to RFIs, RFPs and other customer requests in the context of a sales cyclePerform product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clientsPerform workshops and proofs-of-concept to prospects and clientsWork closely with other KYC & Data Solutions teams in order to be up to date on the evolution of Moody's products, services and solutionsPartner with product management and product strategy teams to promote improvement in product quality and the development of new sources of revenueBuild customers' trust in Moody's as a trusted partner' through insightful and client-specific advice leveraging market, product and technical expertise.Identify additional products and services from across all Moody's businesses that clients may benefit from and introduce them appropriately into dialogue with clientsBe recognized as a market expert and provide product/service use cases during the sales cycle.Support the training of new team membersHelp sharing knowledge across the team members by performing internal presentations, sharing documents and insightsRepresent Moody's as effective external spokesperson for the organizationIdentify opportunities, analyze risk/ reward trade-offs and build business casesRepresent the business at trade shows, conferences and through written submissions leading to journals, newspapers and trade magazinesAim at becoming a subject matter expert in KYC & Data SolutionsPosition requires travel (approximately 10% to 20% of your time)Qualifications & Attributes:Must be fluent in English, French and preferentially other European languagesExperience in the compliance, software or data solutions is a mustDegree in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fieldsA Moody's employee at the Assistant Director level would typically have 5-7 years' experience, an Associate Director would typically have 8-10 years' experience and a Director would typically have 10+ years' experience working in direct business-to-business sales roles with a focus on serving financial services and/or corporate treasury customersSolid understanding of different parts of the global financial services industry, including market dynamics and customers' business driversAbility to present high-level information as well as detailed demonstrations of products & servicesExcellent skills on listening, verbal and written communication and presentationStrong team player and enjoying interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environmentMust be prepared to travel eventuallyMoody's is an equal opportunity employer.
