We’re looking for our next EMEA Marketing Manager to upgrade their career path and join us in our expanding marketing team. The Role We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Manager to work closely with the Marketing team and PR agencies to ensure Zoovu’s growth in the marketplace and thought leader in the Intelligent Digital Advice space. You'll join a global rockstar marketing team where everyone is striving to drive an exceptional experience and sustained value for Zoovu’s customers. The outcome is increased satisfaction, loyalty and a great team vibe. Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that extend and enhance Zoovu's ability to acquire new customers and expand brand presenceEfficiently acquire users via paid social, search (SEO and Google Ads), display channels, media partnerships and eventsMaintain relationships with PR agencies and freelancers in order to help increase Zoovu’s voice in the marketRun marketing campaigns (prospects, customers and partners) and other growth initiatives end-to-end to drive leads: identify opportunities, develop campaign strategies, content syndication strategies, webinars, and round tables, oversee execution, and analyze resultsProvide content support to BDM function – landing pages, ad hoc contentMeasure, track, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaignsIdentify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insightsAnalyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities and drive results into actionable recommendations and enhancements Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field4/5 years plus experience in digital marketingBilingual French and EnglishA love of data - can both analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities and drive results into actionable recommendations/enhancementsExperience with marketing automation and CRM necessary - Hubspot and Salesforce knowledge are a mustHighly creative person with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and drive leadsCopywriting and storytelling skills to develop engaging and innovative contentExcellent attention to detail, and to grammar and punctuationStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Zoovu is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or any other basis as protected by applicable law.
