We are seeking a Marketing & PMO (intern) to join our team and drive our product innovation, scalability, and growth! Tasks Conduct user surveys and interviews, talk with our prospects & customers to collect insightful ideas & improvement, aggregate & analyze results Create social media content, both visual & textual Build the process & tools to facilitate the definition of a strong plan and strategy for all markets (France, UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain) Enable an efficient measurement for every channel through tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Sales & Partnership Attribution and incrementality tests Find actionable insights through a comprehensive analysis of our performance, including brand tracker, market share analysis, and client segmentation Requirements You can both develop a holistic strategy and execute by working cross-functionally to drive optimal results; Proven experience in B2C consumer market; Experience with design tools (e.g. Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator etc) Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders Excellent writing skills in both English & French, Chinese could be a plus Benefits An international team of high-performance and experienced people from all domains A fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality and continuous learning A culture of trusted ownership, caring meritocracy, and constructive feedback where we challenge the status quo Be the right hand of the CEO Join a young company with an entrepreneurial culture, a lightning operating speed, and global ambitions!
