A career in Nike Retail demands creativity and ambition and offers the opportunity to grow with some of the best athletes, teammates and retail partners in the industry.Lead NIKE - All GendersIn this role as Lead, you will be responsible for:Utilizing your expertise in quality service to provide consumers with a premium brand experience.Coordinating, coaching, and motivating your team while ensuring a pleasant work atmosphere.Supporting the daily operations of your department to achieve sales targets (including digital services, visual merchandising, and sales floor).Identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with store management.Being an ambassador for NIKE's initiatives.Ensuring the store adheres to all NIKE standards and guidelines.Team StructureOur store structure includes the following Lead roles:CommercialSupporting a team to ensure efficient product reception, stock accuracy, and adherence to visual presentation standards.Ensuring smooth inventory processes to maintain a well-stocked, presentable sales floor.Collaborating with department managers overseeing various phases (product reception and visual presentation) while being responsible for executing visual merchandising.Managing monthly initiative launches on time and providing regular feedback.Using reporting tools and collaborating with department managers to make informed business decisions.Leading by example to achieve accurate inventory and fulfill online orders.Consumer ExperienceLeading by example and ensuring our sales service brings the consumer journey to life.Providing resources for the team to gain brand knowledge regarding all aspects of consumer service, including digital service tools.Participating in specific training and sharing knowledge with the Athlete services.Using data and analytics to gain insights and establish partnerships for continuous improvement with store management.Required SkillsPassion for NIKE and/or sports.More than 2 years of experience in sales.Ability to communicate professionally.Focus on team and consumer satisfaction.Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.Demonstrating a proactive, open-minded, and motivated attitude.Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.If you're interested in joining our mission to "bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world," apply online now!NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
