Elum Energy is a fast-growing company based in Paris with offices in Morocco, South Africa, UAE, India, Singapore, Mexico & Brazil specialized in monitoring & control solutions for solar power plants. Elum technology allows for simple and optimized operations of rooftop solar plants or utility scale ground PV plants coupled or not with energy storage systems (batteries) and in some cases with existing thermal generation units (diesel generators).Our reference customers are constructors (EPCs) and operators (IPPs) of solar power plants and/or energy producers such as TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, SolarCentury...Our technology currently equips more than 1000 solar power plants in more than 40 countries, from 100kWp to 100MWp.Those plants directly power factories & shopping centers for example, are built to feed into the national grid (Europe), or are built to power remote / islanded cities (Caribbean, South Asia or in some African countries).Our technology, ePowerControl allows to supervise and automatically control these solar hybrid power plants in an efficient way, and its declination in different by-products allows to manage both "simple" type hybrid power plants in self-consumption and more complex power plants of several MWp in grid injection.We are looking for talented, passionate and creative profiles - sharing our passion for renewable energies - to help us build tomorrow's electricity grid! As leader of Elum's Product team, you will be playing a critical role in the development of our innovative energy monitoring and control solutions.You will be carrying the following tasks :Leadership and managementParticipate in all leadership team rituals to define company strategy, improve transversal processes and take part in key company decisionsManage the product team (Product Owners and Engineers now + new positions to be created) to reach your objectivesBuild the product roadmap in accordance with Elum's global strategyEmbody product vision and manage communication to explicit the product goals and give visibility on the product roadmapEnsure our product and solutions are optimal through users feedback, the study of state of the art solutions and the analysis of competitive productsCollaborate with the CTO to ensure collaborations between product and tech teams are optimizedOversee functional specifications to elaborate new featuresEnsure product backlogs are well prioritized, transparent and understoodPreferred ExperiencePreferred ExperienceEngineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Control Systems or Computer Engineering.5+ years of experience in a Product role, ideally in the energy domain.Previous experience in management.In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.LanguagesFluency in FrenchFull professional proficiency in EnglishPreferred SkillsEmbedded systems / IOTAutomatic / Control-commandSQL, Python, C++Ability to communicate easily (internally and externally)Curious, problem solver and team player, willing to take measured risks and face challenges on a daily basisEager to systematically make decisions after a cost-benefit analysisStrong autonomyStrong analytical skillsAbility to share experience to foster the growth of the company and our collaborators #J-18808-Ljbffr
