Our client is a global technology consulting firm, with a footprint covering EMEA, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.

We are recruiting the company’s Global Head of Talent Acquisition, based in Paris.

Position Overview

As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s talent acquisition strategy on a global scale. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global markets, a passion for talent development, and a proven track record in leading a high-performing talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and ensures a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
    • Partner with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand current and future hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Monitor global hiring trends and adjust strategies to address emerging talent acquisition challenges and opportunities.
    • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract diverse talent.
    • Represent the company at global conferences, industry events, and forums, speaking on talent acquisition trends, strategies, and the future of work.
  2. Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of 100+ talent acquisition specialists, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and professional growth.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the talent acquisition team.
  3. Global Recruitment Operations
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other key markets.
    • Ensure consistency in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience across all geographies.
    • Implement and manage cutting-edge recruitment technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decisions, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, hiring managers, and executives, to ensure alignment on talent needs and expectations.
    • Manage the global talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Business, HR or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global or multinational organization, preferably within the IT / Digital or technology consulting sectors.

Global Perspective: Extensive experience managing talent acquisition across multiple countries and regions, with a deep understanding of local hiring practices, regulations, and cultural nuances.

Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Innovation: Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, social media platforms, and other digital tools to enhance talent acquisition strategies.

Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Languages: Proficiency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
